- You must contact us before returning the product to us to inform us of your request. Please provide us with the following information:
- Full name
- Contact email
- Contact number
- Your address
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- After you have contacted us to start the return, please fill in a Returns Form and include it in the box and/or email us a copy at sales@stashedproducts.co.uk

- Your product must be returned in a resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all components originally provided.
- It is your responsibility to incur the costs of return delivery in all instances unless:
- the products are faulty or misdescribed; or
- we have made an error in the description, specification or pricing, made an unacceptable change to the product or there is a serious delay in delivery.
- If it is our responsibility to incur the cost of return postage, then please email us at sales@stashedproducts.co.uk and we will arrange a courier. It is your responsibility to package the products in a suitable manner for return and you will need a printer to print the courier label.
- Please remember, if we are responsible for the return postage and you want to arrange delivery yourself then the maximum amount we will refund is £10. When making your return please provide evidence of postage costs. We highly recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for the safe arrival of your products to us.
